How to delete your account

You can permanently delete your Book Shelves account and all related data at any time.

In the app: open Settings (⚙) → Delete account and confirm. This immediately and permanently removes:

• your library and reading data;
• your public offers, alias and sharing profile;
• your messages;
• your account itself.

Cabinets you added and check-ins you made stay on the community map, but are no longer linked to you.

Delete only some data

You don't have to delete your whole account to remove data. At any time in the app you can:

• remove individual books from your library;
• withdraw or unshare an offer so it no longer appears publicly.

These changes take effect immediately and don't require deleting your account.

Can't access the app? Email us from your account address: book.repository.vg@gmail.com and we'll delete your account and data for you.

This action cannot be undone.
