Breaking these rules may result in your account being blocked.

5. Book Exchange

• All exchanges are voluntary
• The app is not responsible for the quality of books or the honesty of participants
• Use the built-in rating features to judge a partner's reliability
• In disputes between users, the app may help but does not guarantee a resolution

6. Bookcase Data

• Bookcase information from open sources (OpenStreetMap) is used in accordance with their license
• You may add and update bookcase information, but you are responsible for its accuracy
• The app may remove false or offensive information

7. No Warranty

The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:

• That the app will run 24/7 without interruptions
• The accuracy of user-provided data
• The safety of meetings when exchanging books (meet in safe places)

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Loss of or damage to data
• Losses arising from using, or being unable to use, the app
• Problems during meetings with other users

9. Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms. By continuing to use the app after changes, you accept them.
